The current subscription fees and packages and duration of packages are available here. You will find the details about the subscription package that you are subscribed to and the next due date in Your Account. Products and box subscriptions may be ordered by clicking on the item you wish to purchase and following the prompts on the screen.
The price of the subscription varies depending on which package you have selected. By purchasing a 1-month subscription you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. We will automatically charge the subscription fee using your preferred payment method each month unless you notify us before the next due date of your subscription fee that you want to end your membership, you can do this by emailing our customer service team on email@example.com
If you have selected a 3, 6 or 12-month plan, this will be a one off payment which will be taken on the day you subscribe. In order to renew this plan please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation by you and refunds
You may cancel or renew your subscription at any time by visiting the member area on the website or buy purchasing a new plan.
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the confirmatory email or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the order. You recognise, though, that occasionally because of problems sourcing stock from our suppliers or for other reasons beyond our control it is possible that orders may be delivered more than 30 days after the order.
We may change these terms or the subscription service or any parts of it at any time for legal, security or regulatory reason to enhance or add additional features. If we do make changes we’ll be sure to inform you in due form and time.
